Name Benefit's Managing Member John C. Nalepka, has formally announced that his firm, Name Benefits, LLC, has been appointed by the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce to assist its membership with developing cost containment strategies for their group medical benefit plans.

The focus will be on the 2 to 50 employee company, where NAME Benefits has had success in reducing monthly cost from 25% to 50%, depending on group demographics. Despite current trends, they have seen renewal premiums increase in the low single digits since implementing these saving plans for their clients. Mr. Nalepka stated, "Our focus has been to understand our clients position and then explain statistically how the utilization of a high deductible plan coupled with either and HRA or HSA may make sense for them on a longer term cost benefits basis". Nalepka went on to say, "we are not only cutting costs the first year, but each year thereafter and that is vital to the survival of the small and medium sized businesses."

Name Benefits, LLC has previously worked as an Affinity partner with the membership for Long Term Care planning for the past 5 years and recently responded to the membership requests on how to control the cost of healthcare.
